Youngtimers AG Publishes Invitation to Annual General Meeting and Proposes Name Change to "C Capital Holdings AG"

As previously announced, Youngtimers AG, a Zurich-based Company listed in Switzerland (YTME: SIX) (the "Company"), will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Thursday, 28 May 2026 in Zurich. The AGM starts at 9:30 am CEST.
Re-election of the members of the Board of Directors and Auditor
All current members of the Board of Directors – Yin Pan (Ben) Cheng, Lorenzo Landini, Henry Lee and Joseph Shie Jay Lang – have agreed to stand for re-election. The Board of Directors proposes to the Company's shareholders to vote at the AGM for the re-election of each member and to re-elect Yin Pan (Ben) Cheng as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, the Board of Directors proposes the re-election of FORVIS MAZARS SA as statutory and group auditor.
Change of Company Name to "C Capital Holdings AG"
The Board of Directors further proposes changing the Company name from "Youngtimers AG" to "C Capital Holdings AG". Therefore, article 1 of the Articles of Association shall be amended. The change of Company name is intended to reflect the nature of the Company's business as holding company of the entities forming the C Capital group. The new Company name enables a consistent brand image of the group, expected to further increase its visibility in the market.

Votes on Compensation for the Members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team for 2026/2027
Re-elections of the Members of the Remuneration Committee
Re-election of the Independent Proxy
