All motions approved by our Shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting, including the change of the Company name to "C Capital Holdings AG"

At today’s 27th Annual General Meeting the Shareholders of Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed Company (SIX: YTME; the “Company”), approved all motions submitted by the Board of Directors.
The current members of the Board of Directors – Yin Pan (Ben) Cheng, Lorenzo Landini, Henry Lee, and Joseph Shie Jay Lang – were each re-elected for a further term of office. Yin Pan (Ben) Cheng was also re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, Yin Pan (Ben) Cheng, Lorenzo Landini and Joseph Shie Jay Lang were re-elected as members of the Remuneration Committee.
FORVIS MAZARS SA was appointed for another term as statutory auditor and group auditor, while Andri Obrist, attorney-at-law, will continue to serve as independent proxy.
The Annual General Meeting also approved the change of the Company name from Youngtimers AG to "C Capital Holdings AG" and the corresponding amendment of article 1 of the Articles of Association. The new name is intended to better reflect the Company’s business as the holding company of the entities forming the C Capital group. The Company will roll out the new Company name, including a new website, upon the entry of the new Company name in the commercial register.
The other motions proposed by the Board of Directors were also approved.
