Youngtimers AG Expands APAC Footprint with Acquisition of Richmond Funds Management and Full Integration of C Capital Investment Management
Following the signing of a definitive agreement, Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed company (YTME: SIX; “Youngtimers” or “Company”), is pleased to announce today's successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of Australian-based Richmond Funds Management (“RFM”) from Senry Holdings Pty Ltd (“Senry Holdings”).
In line with the Company’s APAC expansion strategy, RFM will be rebranded as C Capital Australia with immediate effect, further integrating into Youngtimers AG’s regional asset management platform. RFM’s current portfolio includes private equity, private credit, real estate, renewable energy, venture capital, and special situations, with assets under management (AUM) in excess of US$200 million. The acquisition significantly strengthens Youngtimers AG’s presence in the Australian and Singaporean markets, providing an enhanced platform to capture investment opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.
The transaction follows the Company’s successful acquisition of C Capital Corp. (formerly C Capital Acquisition Corp.) announced on November 1st, 2024, and represents another major milestone in building a leading APAC-focused asset management business.
As part of the ongoing integration of the C Capital group, Youngtimers AG furthermore received approval on 29 July 2025 from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) for the previously announced transfer of C Capital Investment Management (“CCIM”) to C Capital Corp. The transfer was also completed today, upon the sellers waived a remaining condition precedent. Youngtimers, through its direct subsidiary C Capital Corp., thus holds 100% of the shares in CCIM as of today. CCIM has Type 1, Type 4 and Type 9 licenses from the SFC, enabling it to carry out regulated activities including asset management, advising on securities, and dealing in securities — further strengthening the Group’s regulated capabilities in Hong Kong and across the APAC region.
“The transactions mark a major milestone in our APAC strategy. With RFM now part of our Group as C Capital Australia, and CCIM fully integrated under C Capital Corp., we are well-positioned to leverage our enhanced regional network and regulatory capabilities to deliver enhanced value to our investors,” comments Ben Cheng, CEO of Youngtimers.
