Youngtimers AG Announces 2025 Full Year Results, Confirming a Strong Revenue Growth, and Announces Date of Annual General Meeting

2025 Financial Results

Youngtimers AG, a Zurich-based Company listed in Switzerland (YTME: SIX) (the "Company"), publishes its annual report and reports its 2025 financial results. The annual report can be found on the Company's website: https://youngtimers.com/news-pages/financial-reports

The Company reports the following audited key figures for the 2025 financial year on a consolidated basis (compared to the respective 2024 figures):

Total operating income increased by 382% to USD 8.34 million, driven by management fees and service fee income generated through the Group’s APAC-focused asset management platform operated under the C Capital brand. Total assets under management grew to approximately USD 550 million. Operating expenses increased to USD 17.75 million (2024: USD 4.63 million), reflecting investments in personnel, infrastructure and the integration of newly acquired entities. Net loss for the year was USD 14.40 million.Following the capital increase of CHF 49.73 million completed in December 2025 – consisting of CHF 41.49 million in debt-to-equity conversion and CHF 8.24 million in fresh equity issuance (in cash and in kind) – the Group’s equity turned positive, amounting to USD 28.97 million as of 31 December 2025.

Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Company furthermore announces that the 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on 28 May 2026 in Zurich.
