Youngtimers AG Advances Its Principal Investment Strategy And Invests In Bitcoin Mining Operations

Zurich, 3 February 2026 - The Board of Directors of Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed APAC-focused asset management and investment holdings company (SIX: YTME; the “Company”), approved a crucial step to advance the Company’s principal investment strategy and resolved to invest parts of the Group’s treasury in Bitcoin (“BTC”) mining operations.
The Board of Directors approved a new investment to acquire 600 units of Bitcoin mining equipment, which will be brought into operation in the first quarter of 2026.
The total investment amounts to approximately US$6 million, of which approximately US$3 million will be financed from the Group’s treasury, and approximately US$3 million through leverage.
In relation to the acquisition of the mining equipment, YTME cooperates with its strategic shareholder DL Holdings Group Limited, a Hong Kong listed company (1709.HK), which is already active in the field of Bitcoin mining.
