Update on change of company name to “C Capital Holdings AG” and new ticker symbol “CCAP”
Zurich (Switzerland), 25 June 2026
Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed Company (SIX: YTME; the “Company”) announces that, following shareholder approval at the general meeting held on 28 May 2026, the change of its company name to C Capital Holdings AG has been approved by the Swiss Federal Commercial Registry Office (EHRA) and entered into the daily register of the commercial register today. All prerequisites for the new company name to become legally effective are thus met.
Based on the current timetable, the new company name is scheduled to be published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SOGC/SHAB) on Friday, 26 June 2026.
Furthermore, the Company’s shares are expected to trade on SIX Swiss Exchange under the new name C Capital Holdings AG and the new ticker symbol CCAP as from the same date. The Company’s ISIN and Swiss security number will remain unchanged. No action is required from shareholders.
In connection with the rebranding, the Company’s new website (www.c.capital) is expected to go live likewise on Friday, 26 June 2026. The current website (www.youngtimers.com) will be replaced by the new website and will no longer be maintained. www.c.capital is currently in use as website of the operational subsidiaries of the Company. As of Friday it shall become the website of the entire group, including the Company.
The change of Company name is intended to reflect the nature of the Company’s role as the holding company of the entities forming the C Capital group. The new Company name is expected to support a consistent group-wide brand identity and to further increase the group’s visibility in the market. The Company is excited to operate under the new name ongoing.
