October 30, 2024, Basel - Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed company (“Company”), informs that the Company successfully completed its previously announced capital increase by issuing 10’000’000 new bearer shares with a nominal value of CHF 0.42 each (Swiss Security Number 632’685; ISIN CH0006326851). As of today, the Company's share capital amounts to CHF 30’245’697.72 divided into 72’013’566 bearer shares with a nominal value of CHF 0.42 each. SIX Exchange Regulation AG has approved the listing of the new shares which will take place tomorrow, October 31, 2024 (first trading day of the new shares).
